Authentizität ist das Gebot der Stunde. Wir haben immer dann Konflikte mit uns selbst und mit anderen, wenn wir versuchen den Erwartungen unseres Umfeldes gerecht zu werden, statt unseren eigenen Impulsen und dem zu folgen, was das Leben von uns will. Zu oft gehen die Dinge dann richtig schief. Wir können uns unsere Umwelt wie einen Spiegel vorstellen, der lediglich reflektiert was in uns ist.
Was heisst das?
Wenn ich mich zum Beispiel über das Verhalten eines anderen ärgere, dann deshalb, weil dieser mir einen ungeliebten Aspekt meiner selbst spiegelt. Ich ärgere mich somit nicht über ihn, sondern über mich. Das Gegenüber wird so zur Projektionsfläche auf der ich den Film meiner eigenen Unzulänglichkeit projiziere. Was nichts mit mir zu tun hat, kann mich schliesslich nicht ärgern… Logisch, oder?
Und wie kann ich das ändern?
Wenn Sie feststellen, dass Sie sich über einen Mitmenschen ärgern, dann fragen Sie sich am besten: "Was hat das mit mir zu tun? Welchen meiner eigenen Aspekte spiegelt mir mein Gegenüber? Was kann ich bei mir selber verändern, um diese Projektion aufzulösen um diesem Menschen liebevoller, oder zumindest neutral zu begegnen?"

Wenn wir echt sind, laufen wir doch Gefahr nicht gemocht zu werden. Deshalb beiben wir doch lieber bei der Vermeidung dessen, weil es unangenehm ist.
Letztlich kommen wir aber so nie dazu, unser eigentliches Potential zu entfalten. Dann bleibt man gefaltet.
Dicht vorbei ist eben auch daneben.
